Shipping Policy All orders are shipped by reputed transport/courier agencies. Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct address. Pin code/Zip code is mandatory to ensure correct delivery. Deliveries will be made on business days only. All products will be shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram. Delivery takes 4-5 business days on average. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes. Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays. The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
